Therapists Therapy.
If you are a therapist, you are prone to burnout. I know from experience how difficult it is to find a therapist when you're a therapist yourself. As fellow imperfect humans, we need support of someone with specialized mental health training. By including therapy in your self-care plan, you are gaining self-awareness and growing to be the best version of yourself.
If any of the following apply to you:
I need a space for me to be both vulnerable and strong.
I want to identify and manage my biases.
I need an outlet for when 'the going gets tough'.
I want to examine how my professional role is affecting my mental health.
I need support through my challenging times and explore ways to respond effectively.
Welcome.
I love working with therapists because I can relate and it brings me joy to do this work. We can work towards connecting with your core values. As a fellow therapist, you may find it helpful to learn about my therapeutic style. I rely on person-centered approach with emphasis on genuineness in combination with other evidence-based approaches relevant to your needs.
During your initial consultation, we can identify what works best for you!
